Existing clients can access Outset Counseling's Client Portal through this link:

Please Note: 

• • For Self-Pay clients 

    • The Client Portal above is your one-stop location for all of your Appointment Information, Documentation, and Payment Information.

• • For clients using Insurance:

    • The Client Portal above will be used for obtaining your signature on certain documents needed in your file, including consent forms specific to Outset Counseling, your Treatment Plan, and any Release of Information forms (ROIs) you may want on file. 

    • Because I partner with Headway for processing insurance claims, the majority of your file is housed in Headway's secure system. This allows for easier and smoother verification and processing of insurance claims.

    • If you need to add or update your payment information, please use the login provided by Headway when you started services to make necessary updates.
